Return Policy
While returns/refunds are not accepted, we do offer replacements! For the refund/replacement policy, documented proof would need to be emailed to nikki@trubeauti.com in order to for record but also if there is a product issue, it helps with knowing how to prevent that from happening in the future. Please be sure to send the documented proof within 24 hours of the incident/delivery in order to be able to take care of the problem as soon as possible.
Customized Products
Please note that for customized products, there can be a fee in order to customize your product. If the customization is simply removing an ingredient that causes an allergic reaction, and replacing it with something else, then it will be free!
